Our school is conveniently located in metro Atlanta near I-75 North and I-285 and provides continuing education and classification level advancement courses for real property appraisers. Bailey Academy is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Appraisers Board (GREAB) and the Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC).
